• My work is priced according to the nature and length of the assignment. Therefore when you ask for a quote, I will need you to send me all the information you can about the task: length of review, house style, thorough edit, light proofread, etc. I may require you to send me some sample pages.
• All material and personal details sent to me will be treated as confidential.
• Send all unpublished materials, including those for a quote, in Microsoft Word.doc or plain text format.
• Send all books for review with an outline of where the reviews will appear, word length, target market, house style if known, etc.
• Major corrections will be submitted to you for approval before proceeding further.
• An invoice will be sent with the completed material, to be paid in 7 days. Late payment will incur a 10% increase per month.
